Get In Touch 
Well done, you’ve taken the first step!

Consultation Call 
During this initial call, we’ll discuss everything from current habits and lifestyle, to experience and goals.
We’ll even cover the foods you want to keep eating.

Design Programme
 
This will be created bespoke to you. I’ll take into consideration everything you’ve told me on our initial consultation call, bearing in mind what we have to work with in terms of your free time, current schedule and plan out how we can get you from A to B.

Weekly Check Ins
 
Accountability is key! This is all about giving you the support and focus you need. If you have had a challenging week, we’ll use our weekly check in as an opportunity to build the tools to overcome any future challenges. These weekly check ins are also vital for those times throughout your progress when you might plateau and so we’ll need to tweak your programme!

Progress and Programme Review
Once a week we’ll be looking at your current progress and what needs to happen to take you to the next step. I love this approach because it’s really all about taking things one step at a time, and before you know it, you’ll be where you’ve always wanted to be.

I won’t be telling you what you “should” eat everyday, we already have that information available to use, and if it were that simple we’d all be eating the right food to fuel our bodies! Instead, I’ll be supporting your nutritional habits, lifestyle and favourite foods, whilst educating and helping you overcome those current challenges you face when it comes to food.

Community Support
A chance to surround yourself with other like minded people, it’s empowering!

360 Approach 
Because fitness goes so much further than the gym floor! Together, we’ll be addressing and managing all areas of your lifestyle, training, nutrition, sleep, stress and motherhood with a holistic approach.

Minimum subscription term is 6 months. This allows clients to see their results!
